Each initiative is structured to inspire confidence, celebrate effort, and provide meaningful opportunities for growth. Our mission is at the heart of every program — to give students the tools, mentorship, and support they need to succeed.
Stretch Goals
We foster students’ growth by encouraging them to set ambitious, but achievable goals in reading and math.
HOW IT WORKS:

Students use baseline data to create goals tailored to their level.

Goals are Specific, Measurable, Ambitious, Relevant, and Time-Bound.
03. Check-Ins
Ongoing check-ins help students track progress and stay motivated.
04. Recognition
High achievers are recognized at marking periods with certificates and awards.
This program encourages students to take ownership of their learning and see progress as a series of meaningful steps.
Celebrating the SEA Program
The SEA program emphasizes Support, Encouragement, and Accountability for students while motivating them to reach their stretch goals.

Project-Based Career Exposure

Our summer program provides fully funded opportunities for K–12 students to continue learning and growing outside the classroom.
